Every year, Starbucks Japan launches SAKURA (cherry blossom) tumbler and also SAKURA latte and Frappuccino.
You must try Starbucks’ SAKURA drinks only available now in early spring in Japan!
The Starbucks at Roppongi Hills still offers SAKURA drinks.
These are so sweet! If you prefer less sweetness you may try them with soymilk based instead of normal milk based.
In the last issue, I introduced a Japanese tea and Matcha sweets café in Omotesando, Tokyo. I visited there again and ordered a SAKURA parfait rather than Matcha sweets this time! >>> Visit Japanese Green tea café “表参道 茶茶の间”
SAKURA ice cream tastes a little salty like 樱饼 (Sakura-mochi). There are not too sweet 馅子 (Anko), very soft 信玄饼 (Shingen rice cake), 寒天 (Kanten) and 黒蜜(Kuromitsu). Eating all these together, you will go to heaven!
And I also love Japanese SAKURA零食 ! This limited なごり雪见だいふく 樱 (Nagori Yukimi-daifuku SAKURA) is expressing the change from winter to spring.
SAKURA season is coming soon! SAKURA sweets will be the best friend of SAKURA viewing in Japan!
